Blackyett Mains is a non-smoking establishment and we would appreciate your co-operation for the benefit of our other guests during their stay at our Gretna Green accommodation.
Please be aware, at Blackyett Mains we have two open ponds and children must not be left unsupervised at any time.

Room rates for 2012 are as follows

King Size Room En-Suite - £75 per night for two people
King Size Room En-Suite - Single occupancy - Sunday to Thursday - £55 per night
Double Room -  private bathroom £60 per night - Single occupancy £45
All rooms include full Scottish breakfast

A deposit of £20 per room would then be required at time of booking, this can be paid by cheque, made payable to Blackyett Mains Bed and Breakfast and posted to the address below. Alternatively if you have internet banking please contact us and we will provide you with our bank account details so you can make a transfer.

Cancellation Conditions - We would remind you that this reservation constitutes a contract between you and Blackyett Mains Bed and Breakfast. Any reservation cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date will be charged in full, unless the accommodation is re-let. For your own peace of mind, we recommend that you take out travel insurance to indemnify you for any unforeseen circumstances.
